These illustrations are based on 19th and 20th century vintage images of botanical subjects such as flowers, butterflies and insects. I combined them with photographs and background that I made and restyled them in many layers. They were created in Photoshop and edited with overlays and brushes.

Deze illustraties zijn gebaseerd op illustraties van botanische onderwerpen zoals, bloemen, vlinders en insecten uit de 19e en 20e eeuw. Ik heb deze gerestyled en gecombineerd met eigen foto’s, tekeningen en achtergronden. De collages zijn gemaakt in Photoshop en daarna nog bewerkt met overlays en brushes.
